Chocolate

Chocolate contains large amounts of stearic acid, the only saturated fat that is not expressly bad for you. When added to milk, it may ease the symptoms of lactose intolerance. Despite its fat content, it does not seem to raise cholesterol. The dark variety is rich in copper, one of the elements necessary for cardiovascular health.
Caution: The problem with chocolate is the large amount of sugar usually associated with it. Also it may trigger headaches and aggravate heartburn in some cases. Equally, it is implicated in cystic breast disease.
