Milk

Low fat milk appears to have anticancer properties, and it may help reduce blood pressure and cholesterol. It contains good amounts of vitamins B12, A, calcium and zinc. Also more sodium than necessary (at least three times more than mother's milk), and much more saturated than unsaturated fats, in contrast to mother's milk. Contrary to popular belief and previous medical practice regarding milk as a neutralizer of stomach acid secretions, it actually stimulates acid production.
Caution: Milk is a major source of allergies, and an even greater source of lactose intolerance. For the benefits but not the problems, eat yogurt instead, particularly the kinds with active cultures that may reduce recurrent yeast infections.
