MOROCCAN MINT TEA

Ingredients:
1 ½ tablespoons green tea
4 teaspoons fresh or dried mint
4 cups water
4 teaspoons stevia
Recipe:
1. Heat the teapot.
2. Add the tea leaves and pour a little boiling water over them. Stir and quickly pour out the water.
3. Add mint and stevia and pour in 4 cups boiling water.
4. Allow to infuse 5 to 8 minutes, then skim off any mint that has risen to the surface.
5. Serve in glasses.
