CHILLED TOMATO BEVERAGE

Ingredients:
28-ounce/780g canned tomatoes
1 cup chopped celery
? cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
½ bay leaf
½ teaspoon horseradish
Recipe:
1.Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook until vegetables are tender.
2.Remove bay leaf.
3.Pour tomato mixture in food processor or blender and mix well.
4.Chill before serving.
