Ingredients:
4 large cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 tablespoons unsweetened concentrated apple juice
3/4 cup chopped dates
Cinnamon

Recipe:
1. Cook apples in 3 tablespoons water over gentle heat until mushy, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove from heat and cool.
3. Stirin the apple juice anddates; chill.
4. Serve with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
