GRAINS WITH DRIED FRUIT

Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup quinoa flakes
1/2 cup barley flakes
1/2 cup buckwheat flakes
1/4 cup chopped dried pears
1/4 cup chopped dried dates
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped dried apples
Sprinkling of cinnamon
Recipe:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Serve with either oat milk, boiling water or unsweetened juice.
