Recipe:
1. Combine all ingredients except eggs in a bowl; stir well.
2. Add egg whites and stir until dry ingredients are moist.
3. Spoon batter into an 8-inch square nonstick baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake in a preheated 350 F/185 C oven for about 25 minutes.
