CREPES WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND CHOCOLATE SYRUP

Ingredients:
Crepes:

Nonfat Whipped Cream:
See recipe
Chocolate syrup (yields 1/2 cup):
1/4 cup cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
4-6 teaspoons stevia
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe:
1. Prepare crepes and whipped cream as described in respective recipes.
2. To make chocolate syrup, mix cocoa, salt and water in saucepan.
3. Boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Remove from heat; cool. Add stevia and stir well.
6. Syrop can be stored covered in the refrigerator.

Fill crepes with Nonfat Whipped Cream and top with Chocolate Syrup.
