POPOVERS

Ingredients:
1 cup oat milk
1 cup oat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe:
1. Combine oat milk with oat flour.
2. Add and salt, baking powder and beat with blender for 20 seconds.
3. Pour into 6 non-stick muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray, and bake in a 425 F/220 C oven for 40 minutes. Cool.

Notes:
Serve with a jam sweetened with stevia. Ideal for Phase I
