Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried apple rings
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup currants
1/2 cup chopped dried pears or figs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cloves

Recipe:
1. Rinse dried fruit thoroughly.
2. Place fruit in pan with enough water to cover.
3. Add cinnamon and cloves.
4. Stir well, bring to a boil and then remove from heat.
5. Leave covered overnight, or for 8-12 hours, for all the flavors to mingle.
6. Serve with a topping of Nonfat Whipped Cream.
