RICE CUSTARD

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked brown rice
2 1/2 cups rice milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
stevia
Recipe:
1. Heat milk to boiling point and pour over cooked rice.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and stevia.
4. Spray individual non-stick baking dishes with).
5. Pour mixture into dishes.
7. Bake in a 325 F/160 C oven for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
