PEAR PORRIDGE

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
2 medium ripe pears, peeled, cored and mashed
2 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons raisins
Recipe:
1. Put the oats, pears and water in saucepan.
2. Bring the mixture into boil,then simmer gently until all liquid is absorbed, stirring all the time.
3. Serve with a sprinkling of raisins.
