BARLEY CREAM

Ingredients:
8 ounces/225g barley, soaked overnight
4 cups water
2 tablespoons orange blossom water
1/4 cup chopped dates
Recipe:
1. Simmer the barley in about 4 cups of water until tender, about 30 minutes.
2. Add orange blossom water, and the dates and stir well. Serve warm.
