Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped dried apple rings
1/2 cup chopped dried pears or apricots
1/4 cup chopped dried dates
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbs. unsweetened orange juice concentrate
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/3 cup oat bran
3Tbs.apple sauce

Recipe:
1. Combine dried fruit with cinnamon and nutmeg and put into a
nonstick deep frying pan sprayed with cooking spray.
2. Pour juice and water over fruit and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
3. Mix apple sauce with oats and oat bran; spread over fruit.
4. Cover and cook over low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Cut into pie wedges and serve warm.

Notes:
Dried fruit may contain sulfites which help preserve some vitamins. It is a good idea to make your own dry fruit without sulfites by using a dehydrator.
