Ingredients:
1 cup dried cranberries
Recipe:
1. Put cranberries in saucepan with enough water to cover them.
2. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered until all water is absorbed. Remove from heat and place in blender or food processor and blend well.
3. Store in refrigerator.

You can use 1 cup of dried golden raisins instead for a richer, sweeter taste
