BAKED CANNED PEACHES

Ingredients:
6 canned peach halves (unsweetened or water packed)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon stevia
1/2 cup dried coconut, shredded
Recipe:
1. Drain juices from peaches.
2. Place peach halves in a 6-inch/15cm baking dish.
3. Pour lemon juice and stevia over them.
4. Bake at 350 F/175C for 15 minutes.
5. Sprinkle coconut during the last 3 minutes of baking.
6. Remove from oven, cool for a few minutes then serve.
