APPLE SAUCE AND RAISIN CAKE

Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat pastry f'lour
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup Apple Sauce
3 egg whites, beaten slightly
1 cup skim milk (zero fat)
Recipe:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Combine apple sauce, beaten egg whites and milk in another bowl.
3. Stir in apple mixture into dry ingredients and blend well.
4. Pour batter into a non-stick pan sprayed with Pam.
5. Bake in a preheated 350 F/175 C oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
6. Cool in pan on rack. Remove when completely cool.
7. Top with more apple sauce if desired.
