3 envelopes plain gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
3/4 cup unsweetened orange juice
20 fresh red cherries, pitted and quartered
1 cup oranges, peeled and diced
1/2 cup small seedless grapes
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/3 cup unsweetened orange juice
6 tsp. stevia
Additional cherries and grapes
1. Dissolve1 envelope of the gelatin in cold water.
2. Add 3/4 cup orange juice and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Cool.
3. Pour half of the mixture in a 6-cup mold and chill until set. Keep the remaining gelatin at room temperature.
4. Arrange fruit in four sections: cherries in two opposite sections, oranges in third and grapes in fourth.
5. Carefully pour the remaining gelatin over fruit and chill until set.
6. Meanwhile combine 2 envelopes gelatin with fruit juices.
7. Stir over low heat until gelatine is dissolved; add stevia.
8. Chill until nearly set.
9. Put mixture in mixing bowl and blend with blender until it triples in volume.
10. Spoon into mould and chill for2 hours.
11. To serve, unmold and garnish with cherries and grapes.
