Ingredients:
2 envelopes plain gelatin
1 1/2 cups unsweetened orange juice
2 1/2 cups Nonfat Whipped Cream
4 peaches, peeled and cut into four
1 1/2 cups unsweetened orange juice

Recipe:
1. Combine gelatin with orange juice in saucepan.
2. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
3. Chill for about 30 minutes.
4. Prepare whipped cream according to recipe instructions.
5. Fold whipped cream to gelatin mixture and turn mixture into
6-cup mold.
6. Chill for about 2 hour sir until firm.
7. To serve: unmold and garnish with peach slices.
