Ingredients:
1 pound/450g of any small fruit (cherries, strawberries, grapes)
1 egg white
3 Tbs. water
1/4 cup stevia

Recipe:
1. Whip the white of a fresh egg with 3 tablespoons water until well mixed and frothed.
2. Dip the fruit into this mixture for an instant.
3. Roll it carefully in the stevia until it is well covered.
4. Shake it gently and lay it in rows on a wire sieve or on sheets of white paper to dry in the sun or in a very slow oven for 20 minutes.
