APPLE FRAPPE

Ingredients:
3 cups apples, cored and diced (do not peel for extra fabric)
1 cup water
1 cup Nonfat Whipped Cream
Recipe:
1. Cook apples with water, covered, until tender.
2. Put apples in blender or food processor and mix until creamy. Cool.
3. Pour apple into refrigerator tray; freeze to mush consistency.
4. Remove from refrigerator and beat in blender until smooth.
5. Return to tray and continue freezing.
6. To serve, let thaw for a few minutes and top with NonFat Whipped Cream.
