Ingredients:
1 envelope plain gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup hot coffee
1 square unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups Nonfat Whipped Cream

Recipe:
1. Soften gelatin in cold water.
2. Add to hot coffee and stir until gelatin is thoroughly dissolved.
3. Slowly stir in the melted chocolate and stir until smooth. Cool.
4. Prepare the whipped cream according to recipe instructions.
5. Fold into gelatine mixture the vanilla and whipped cream.
6. Freeze until firm.
