SULTANA PIE

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 egg whites, beaten
1 cup stabilized plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sultanas (yellow raisins)
Recipe:
1. Prepare yogurt for cooking by tabilizing it (see below).
2. Combine spices, egg whites, yogurt, lemon juice, and raisins.
3. Mix until all is thoroughly blended.
4. Pour carefully into a 9-inch/23cm pie dish sprayed with cooking spray and bake in a slow oven (350 F/175 C) for 1 hour or until mixture has set.
5. Cool and serve.
