EASY SWEETS

Ingredients:
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 cup chopped unsulfured dried apricots or prunes
1 cup unsulfured raisins
Recipe:
1. Whip the egg whites to form stiff peaks.
2. Mix egg white with the apricots and raisins.
3. Place the mixture in tablespoonfuls on a non-stick baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake in a preheated 325 F/160 C oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
