FRUIT BALLS

Ingredients:
24 dried apricots
1 1/2 cups dried coconut, shredded
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe:
1. Put apricots and coconut in blender or food processor and blend well.
2. Add lemon juice and blend well.
3. Shape fruit mixture into balls and serve.
