VEGETABLE DRESSING

Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes, peeled
1 stalk celery
1/2 red or green pepper, de-seeded
1 tsp. soy sauce
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of paprika
Recipe:
1. Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and pour over greens salad
