GREEN DRESSING

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1 shallot, finely chopped
1/2 carrot juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill and serve.
