HORSERADISH TOPPING

Ingredients:
1 Tbs. prepared horseradish sauce
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese (1% fat)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Recipe:
1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill and serve.
