HERB TOMATO DRESSING

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons tomato puree
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons umeboshi vinegar (made from Japanese sour plums)
4 tablespoons tomato juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram or 3 teaspoons minced fresh
Salt
Recipe:
1. In small bowl, whisk together tomato puree, lemon juice, vinegar, tomato juice and garlic.
2. Season with marjoram and salt to taste.
