RED PEPPER DRESSING

Ingredients:

7-ounce/200g jar roasted red peppers, drained
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe:
1. Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until pureed
Serves:
about 3/4 cup
Notes:
Excellent with a mixed green and tomato salad
