CRANBERRY APPLE WALDORF

Ingredients:
1 1/2 envelopes plain gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 3/4 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup chopped celery
Recipe:
1. In a large bowl, mix gelatine with boiling water and stir
until gelatine is completely dissolved.
2. Stir in cranberry juice. 3. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture attains the
consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
4. Fold in apple and celery.
5 Turn into serving dish; chill until firm
