CHICK-PEA SPREAD OR DIP

Ingredients:

1 can (14-ounce/400g) chick peas, drained but save the liquid
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbs. tahini paste
1/4 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper
Recipe:
1. Place first five ingredients in food processor and blend thoroughly.
2. If mixture is too thick add a little of the canned liquid to produce a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
Serves:
1 1/2 cups
Notes:
