TOMATO AND CHIVE SANDWICHES

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Low-fat Mayonnaise
2 meduim tomatoes, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped chives
Salt
Lettuce leaves
4 slices whole wheat bread
Recipe:
1. Spread thin slices of whole wheat bread with Low-fat Mayonnaise.
2. Place sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with chives and salt.
3. Add lettuce leaves and cover with another thin slice of bread.
Serves:
2 sandwiches
