CUCUMBER SANDWICHES

Ingredients:

1 cucumber, sliced thinly
2 tablespoons Low-fat Mayonnaise ( )
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
4 slices whole wheat bread
Recipe:
1. Spread bread slices with Low-fat Mayonnaise.
2. Top with a layer of sliced cucumber.
3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garlic powder.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cover with another slice of bread.
Serves:
2 sandwiches
