PEAR BUTTER SANDWICHES

Ingredients:
4 whole wheat slices of bread

Pear Butter:
2 medium ripe pears, peeled and cored
10 tsp. toasted wheat germ
Recipe:
1. To make pear butter, put pears and wheat germ in food processor or blender; mix until smooth.
2. Spread pear butter on whole wheat bread.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon if you like.
4. Cover with another slice of bread and serve.
