Ingredients:
2 stalks celery, chopped
2-4 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese (1% fat)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 slices whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon caraway seeds

Recipe:
1. Place celery, cottage cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth.
2. Spread mixture generously on bread.
3. Sprinkle half a tablespoon of caraway seeds in between each sandwich
