Ingredients:
2 cups cooked brown basmati rice, cooled (1 cup dry)
1 medium onion, chopped finely
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons raisins
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe:
1. Saute onion, celery and green pepper in a little water until soft.
2. Add the cooked rice and raisins; stir until heated thoroughly.
