RYE BREAD SALAD

Ingredients:
8 slices rye bread
4 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped

Dressing:
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or parsley
4 tablesoons wine vinegar
8 tablespoons red wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Recipe:
1. Wet bread with water, squeeze out excess water and arrange slices on serving plate.
2. Arrange sliced tomatoes, onions and celery on top of bread.
3. Mix salad dressing by shaking in a bottle the salt, vinegar, wine, and chopped basil or parsley.
4. Pour dressing over salad and refrigerate for at least two hours.
5. Sprinkle paprika and serve.
