Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 vegetable bouillon cube
8-10 medium zucchini, unpeeled and sliced

Recipe:
1. Saute onion and garlic in a saucepan with a little water until soft.
2. Add parsley, thyme and bouillon cube.
3. Simmerfor15 minutes.
4. Add sliced zucchini and simmer until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Remove zucchini from pan and place on serving dish.
6. Pour sauce over zucchini slices.
