Ingredients:
1 pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Salt and pepper

Recipe:
1. Slice the top of a washed pumpkin and scoop out the seeds.
2. Clean well.
3. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
4. Bake in a 350 F/190 C oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
5. Carefully scoop out the meat and place it in a blender or food processor, keeping pumpkin shell intact.
6. Season with salt and pepper and beat to a cream.
7. Return puree to the shell.
8. Dot with butter replacer.
9. Return to oven to reheat. Serve hot.
