Ingredients:
16-ounce package of any pasta
1/2 cup white wine
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium tomatoes, skinned and diced
3 medium zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano, minced
1 tablespoon fresh basil, minced

Recipe:
1. Prepare pasta as label directs. Drain water and keep warm.
2. In large skillet, heat wine over medium heat.
3. Add onionand saute for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Add garlic, tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper and bouillon
cube. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Add oregano and basil; cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve over hot pasta.
