GREEN TOMATO CHUTNEY

Ingredients:
1 pound/450g green tomatoes, peeled, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup stevia
Recipe:
1. Slice the tomatoes and onion and cook together until soft.
2. Add the vinegar, cayenne, salt and stevia and cook gently, stirring frequently until the chutney is of the desired consistency.
3. Store in the refrigerator.
Serve with warm rice or quinoa.
