GREEN PEAS WITH TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped
4-6 tablespoons water
4 cups frozen or fresh peas
1 vegetable bouillon cube
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
Few drops lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Recipe:
1. Saute onion with a little water in a saucepan until soft.
2. Stir in peas, vegetable bouillon cube, tomato concentrate and water; stir and mix well.
3. Cover and simmer in low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Add chopped dill and simmer for 5 minutes more until liquid is absorbed.
5. Just before serving squeeze a few drops of lemon juice.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve hot or cold.
