CAULIFLOWER WITH TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into small flowerettes
1 medium onion, finely chopped
6 tablespoons water
14-ounce/400g can chopped tomatoes
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper
Recipe:
1. Saute onion with a little water until soft.
2. Add the tomatoes, vegetable bouillon cube, water, paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes or until most of the liquid is gone.
4. Serve hot.
