CELERY WITH TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients:
4 large stalks of celery

Tomato sauce:
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 tablespoons water
1-2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 cup canned or fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Recipe:
1. Saute onion and garlic in a little water until soft.
2. Add chili sauce, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Trim the heads of celery, wash them, and boil them in salted water for 20 minutes.
4. Drain them, dry them and put them on a warm serving dish.
5. Pour hot tomato sauce over them and serve
