GRAPE SQUARES

Ingredients:
1 cup seedless grapes
1 1/4 cup oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbs brown sugar
3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
Recipe:
1. Put grapes in blender or food processor and blend well. Add cottage cheese and blend until creamy.
2. Combine oats, cinnamon, sugar, grapes and cheese in a bowl and mix.
3. Spread mixture evenly (about 1in/2cm thick) into a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake in a preheated oven set at 350F/180C for about 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
5. Cut into squares while warm.
