Ingredients:

Recipe:
1. Combine all dry ingredients together; add raisins.
2. Mix milk with egg white and add to dry ingredients; blend well.
3. Spray a 12 non-stick muffin tin with cooking spray.
4. Fill each cup 2/3 full.
5. Bake in a preheated 400 F/200 C oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
