Recipe:
1. Combine dry ingredients together in a bowl; add dates
2. Mix egg white and milk together and add to dry ingredients; blend well.
3. Pour mixture into a non-stick loaf pan sprayed with lecithin (Pam).
4. Bake at a 350 F/175 C preheated oven for 60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
