QUICK WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rice bran
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup oat bran
2 Tbs. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups skim milk (zero fat)
Sesame seeds
Recipe:
1. Sift the flour.
2. Stir all the dry ingredients together.
3. Add the milk and blend well.
4. Pour the batter into a nonstick loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on surface of dough.
6. Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 375 F/190 C, or until done.
