LETTUCE VEGETABLE SALAD

Ingredients:
1 lettuce
4 tomatoes, sliced
2 cups raw cauliflower, cut into 1-inch/2.5cm flowerets
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
Salt
1/2 cup Nonfat Chili Dressing
Recipe:
1. Line a serving plate or individual salad plates with lettuce leaves.
2. Arrange sliced tomatoes, raw cauliflower flowerettes, and cucumber slices on top.
3. Sprinkle salad with a little salt.
4. Mix dressing ingredients well and chill until serving time.
5. Spoon unto vegetables and serve.
